Nice supervisor, good working environment and culture. Good growth opportunities, except for foreigners.
Very comfortable working, no high pressure.
Great personnel.
Big company problem: slow reaction, low efficiency in meetings. Engineers only master very narrow fields of knowledge. If you want to get answers to your questions, you need to ask at least three people.
Bad communication. Sometimes, if you don't CC the engineers' boss when you ask a question by email, you'll never get a reply.
