I applied online. First, they gave me a phone call. During the phone call, I talked about my resume. The next step is a video call with three people. During the video call, they asked me about behavior, technical skills, and coding.

Applied through the school co-op system and was given an onsite interview after a couple of weeks, which led to an offer. HR was very helpful throughout the hiring process and always responded to emails relatively quickly.
