The salary as an SDET, although below average, is compensated by the benefits the company offers: savings fund, compensation, performance bonus, profit sharing or Christmas bonus.
The work environment is excellent.
They have "short Fridays" (half-day work).
There is a lot to learn.
The GTBC facilities are located far away, and if you are coming from places outside of Naucalpan nearby, it can take time to arrive.
If you use public transportation, the route that leaves Toreo may take more than 30 minutes to pass to take you to Toreo.
