A very good place to work and raise qualifications.
Too much extra after-hours work.
It was a .NET technology-based position. Although it was for certain skills, they focused on basic C# language skills. All questions were planned and written in advance, and they were all good questions. It is not like a "what is a delegate?" type of
that took in Detroit, Michigan. Three people sat in front of me and grilled me. I really regret that I stayed up overnight, so I could not answer them. I was too anxious and had a panic attack, mostly about behavioral things.
Applied through career fair. First, had an online assessment, and then an interview which was basically behavioral and situational. Second interview was situational and technical, with questions surrounding projects and coding exercises.
