Though an Engineering HR agency, I was greeted at the front door and interviewed with two of their managers. The process is highly conversation-based; we spoke over many topics related to the job.
Recruiter reached out for a phone round. Then two technical interviews, both were not LeetCode style but rather web dev focused. I did not pass the second technical. The interviewer was hyper-focused on MongoDB questions.
The interview comprised of basic questions regarding software testing, with additional technical questions about test plans. For example, I was asked about a process for testing a random machine, such as a rice cooker in my case.
