Phone interview followed by an in-person, on-site interview. Behavioral interview on-site, with a presentation on Ford values. Tested me on group project skills, communication skills, and solutions.

One 45-minute interview with some technical questions and one coding question. The coding question was easy, and the technical questions were comprehensible. The interview process was quick, and the interviewers were nice.

The interview process at Ford involved three rounds, starting with an initial HR call where I was asked about my background and resume. Within a week, I moved to the first technical round with an engineer from Ford. It was a very interactive session
