Ford Interview Experiences
SWE Intern
Online assessment and then two behavioral interviews. The first interview was with a hiring manager; the second was with two managers. They were 30 minutes and less than an hour, respectively.
SWE Intern
There was one behavioral interview, followed by an easy online assessment, followed by another behavioral interview with two engineers. Overall, a very straightforward, light coding process. There were standard behavioral interview questions.

I completed an automated Hacker Rank test with easy, roughly easy, and medium LeetCode questions. Despite finishing it promptly, I haven’t received any feedback yet and am awaiting further updates.
