Ford is a good and comfortable company to work for. There is good work-life balance and it is a very friendly environment; most people are always here to help. The FCG program is very good as well.
The annual raises are very small, and there can be a lot of politics to move up, which happens in every big company anyway.
Pay your talent their value so you don't lose them after the FCG program.
