Junior Web Developer Interview Experience - Burnaby, British Columbia

Process

  1. The HR called and chatted about the experience a little. Nothing special.

  2. A 2.5-hour online test, including JS, Python, C, and a network problem, plus a bonus question.

  3. A 2-hour technical panel interview. They asked questions related to the test and some more coding questions.

It took me 2-3 hours to finish the bonus question, but it was not mentioned in the interview. It's pure technical. They don't seem to care who you are or if there's a fit. I got a generic rejection and did not ask why.
