One phone interview, and they went for an onsite. I was not asked many questions and failed. The HR has been using a crowdsourcing method. The positions have been opened and closed many times with multi-hire iterations but they barely hire someone. They pick a few from many persons, and it seems they don’t really need anyone immediately, unless you have a well-profiled background.
