Flexible work hours.
Peer staff and teams are very easy to reach at a personal level.
This company is an excellent choice if you have 5+ years of experience and are looking for work-life balance. However, it is not a good choice for new graduates looking to develop their careers.
Cons: English is not spoken in the company.
QA Managers have absolute zero interest in your career development.
Micromanagement from senior (CTO/CEO) level staff disturbs the workflow.
Working with old technologies.
Promotion is based on seniority, not qualification.

Pros: The good thing is that the company is profitable. Everyone works hard, and the result shows. Also, management held meetings to let everyone know how business is going.
Cons: The biggest problem for me was that I felt out of place since I'm not Chinese. Everyone worked hard, but it was hard to tell whether they really liked being there.
