I was contacted by phone by a recruiter and scheduled an interview right away. Very few questions were asked.
The interview was actually a technical assessment/test.
When I got to their offices, the recruiter was nowhere to be found. Then she appeared out of nowhere in a T-shirt and jeans and admitted that she had forgotten that I was scheduled to meet her. Very professional.
The exam itself was not hard at all, but there were too many questions for a 1 1/2 hour period.
