Not good. The interviewer was not focused and was working on his own business during the interview. It was not a very positive overall experience. It would be better if they improved the process.

Pros: Pay is good.
Benefits are decent.
The work is interesting and the company direction is solid. There are some big company usual issues, but nothing major.
Cons: "Unlimited PTO" does not equal proper PTO in a year if not approved. I would have much preferred just a 3-6 week policy that comes with seniority.
I would like to see more collaboration between products.
