1st round, phone interview, 2 hrs, 4 people from the same team. Network questions, OS, Linux kernel, and some behavioral questions.
2nd round, on-site interview, 2 hrs, 4 people from the same team. This was the same as the first round, but an on-site interview.
3rd round, programming test. Linked list delete node, implement a system function, and a maze.

Cons: Salaries are below the industry average, especially when compared to other US firms with offices in Canada.
An extremely high number of Chinese immigrant workers speak poor English, leading to real diversity issues in some departments.
Only 15 days of PTO are allowed in your first year. There are no sick days; you have to take PTO if you are sick, as no remote work is allowed.
No food options are available on-site, not even snacks. You need a car. Only coffee and tea are available.
The working day is 8 hours, but no lunch break is included. So, you actually must stay 9 hours at the office every day.
