I had an hour coding test. But they asked general questions for 30 minutes and an actual coding test for around 30 minutes. I only had just one coding test.
It's really similar to a LeetCode array question. But their explanation of the question was quite hard to understand.

Pros: - Decent salary, good RSU.
- If you are a self-starter, you will do well.
Cons: Mandarin first company. Horrible culture.
Company is trying to do everything at once. Teams are stretched thin.
Management is poor. Direction is decided on the spot.
Nothing is planned in advance.
No innovation, just copy competitors. Scramble to recover when we are already late to the game.

Pros: Salary is okay, and there are stock options. There are also lots of employee clubs to attend (swimming, running, hiking, etc.).
