Perfectly alright company with lots of team isolation
Compensation is great. Benefits are great. The company is always trying to stay at the leading edge.
So much team isolation that it's hard to converse and meet new people.
I could have the solutions to other teams, which can be solved by awareness from just general chats or watercooler-style chats, but no such interaction exists.
