I have been working here for the past 3 years. The company has gone through bad and good times. After the acquisition, it's been stable and doing extremely well. The quality of work and technology is great, and there are enough opportunities to learn and grow. Work-life flexibility is good, and benefits are on par with other companies. The stock plan is one of the best in the industry.
We need to grow as a big company, and branding is needed.
Transport facilities can be introduced along with an onsite gym.
Keep doing what you do now. Bring in more benefits, like car leases and other innovative policies.
