Technology is still confusing; every firmware solves issues and causes others.
Small kitchen space – this will be solved by the new office.
I am lucky enough to have a manager with a strong technical background who understands our work-related frustrations. It would be nice to have access to vendor-neutral certifications.

Simple online interview. They ask who you are and what your past experience was like, and then they had me do some simple coding questions. There wasn't anything too crazy.
