Staying in a good market, almost always hit revenue target.
Friendly environment, most senior people know what they are doing.
No micromanagement.
The benefit is okay, not fancy.
The main campus is crowded, both for parking space and restrooms.
There was a phone screen first, then I went to HQ for an on-site interview. It was 5 rounds total, mainly focusing on technical questions. The interviewers were very nice, and I had a great time with them.
1st: HackerRank test: - 1 coding problem - 1 SQL problem - 1 Python REST response problem 2nd: 3-round interview with different engineers. - Discuss IP/TCP/Network Security and so on. - Discuss resume, graduation, and so on.
The interviewer is a good guy. But the interview is too short to finish all questions and ask the questions about the company. Questions are not hard, but it seems that they have many applicants for the position.
