Fortinet was a decent place to work. It provided stable employment with good benefits and decent pay.
There was a lot of disconnect between upper management and the employees on my team. We never really had a good idea of where the company was taking our team. Also, when we were hired, we were told we would get a bonus up to X amount, but when we received significantly less than X, we were never told why.

Simple online interview. They ask who you are and what your past experience was like, and then they had me do some simple coding questions. There wasn't anything too crazy.
Coding length: 90 min. Around 10 questions: * 2 in SQL query. * One in C# basically on variable declaration order. * Another coding is an algorithm on a linked list in C#.
