This company is an excellent choice if you have 5+ years of experience and are looking for work-life balance. However, it is not a good choice for new graduates looking to develop their careers.
English is not spoken in the company. QA Managers have absolute zero interest in your career development. Micromanagement from senior (CTO/CEO) level staff disturbs the workflow. Working with old technologies. Promotion is based on seniority, not qualification.
The company lacks support for international staff. Please allocate more HR personnel specialized in the same manner to keep your employees from leaving.
