The good thing is that the company is profitable. Everyone works hard, and the result shows. Also, management held meetings to let everyone know how business is going.
The biggest problem for me was that I felt out of place since I'm not Chinese. Everyone worked hard, but it was hard to tell whether they really liked being there.
Make the company a more desirable place to work.
Chinese interview, asked a lot about computer networks and Python. Also talked about projects on the CV, but no LeetCode questions. The HR was a little impolite. The whole process was in Chinese.
One phone interview, and they went for an onsite. I was not asked many questions and failed. The HR has been using a crowdsourcing method. The positions have been opened and closed many times with multi-hire iterations but they barely hire someone. T
Drive to HQ in Sunnyvale. Talk with four people, including TCP/IP, Shell Script, and all other things. Not hard, but requires details. I felt very annoyed. The interview felt like falling asleep! WTF!
