The company is stable and growing.
A lot of Asian Chinese, they will bluntly speak Mandarin in meetings. It's unlike anything you have seen anywhere.
Working from the office is a big pain, as there are Chinese everywhere, and they don't show any respect for others. They are loud in breakout rooms speaking Chinese.
The culture of the management is my way or the highway.
No learning in release QA, even though there is so much to learn in different products.
Employees come with expectations of growth; they are not robots.
No promotion given is taking away what they rightly deserve.
