Weird management culture
Great technology and company vision. The company and its finances are strong and well-positioned for future growth.
Co-workers are very good and essentially willing to help, but management is an issue (see below).
Mgmt in EMEA/INTL is very French and has no real focus. Lots of internal politics and unwillingness to interoperate between regions and teams.
Get some synergy between the two WW regions, rather than the hard split between US and Intl.
