Nice coworkers, work-life balance is not very good
Manager is very polite and nice. Coworkers are friendly and helpful.
My team is full of Chinese, so the work style is like working in China. Coworkers always send messages after work. Working overtime is encouraged but without extra pay. The career path is not clear.
Please make a rule about working time. Don't bother each other beyond work hours.
