Nice colleges, but bad management
Colleges are friendly and helpful. No hookups. You could learn a lot as a beginner.
Needs change from time to time. Management doesn't know what they need.
Obsolete technology stack. Absolutely no updates as long as they work. Although your immediate manager is usually nice, his boss may force him to let you do more work.
