Tech-focused, Lacking Culture
- Most of the R&D employees are Chinese. If you can't speak English well, as long as you are technically savvy, it's a good company for you in North America.
Few social activities, actually no kind of company culture. HR should do more work.
Passion? I can't see most R&D employees' passion for this company.
