It is not a tech center; it is a call center. You have to take calls for 8 hours continuously. They have unwritten rules prescribed by incompetent managers who don't understand the pain of an engineer. The system is poor, which doesn't follow standard CSAT procedures, and there are low-efficiency engineers in Tier 2.
Please change the system of generating CSAT and IR procedures.
