Good salary. Good benefits. Lots of learning and access to laboratories. They respect your work schedule. Overtime and holidays are paid according to the law, double or triple. 15 days of vacation per year. During the pandemic, Home Office was authorized.
The workload is excessive. Few courses and/or training; everything is self-study. Little to no help from managers. Home Office is only during the pandemic. The work is 100% in the office.
