  • What matters is that you close the ticket and get 5 stars, no matter how professional you are or the solution you provide; it's all about numbers.
  • It's a call center job.
  • Always disappointing news, nothing promising a better future.
  • As employees, you have to say "yes" unless you will be considered against management.
  • When you complain about something, the management will say they've considered it, but nothing will change.
Advice to Management

Reach the employees and listen to them with an ear willing to fix things, not ignoring people.
