Management is poor. Direction is decided on the spot.
Nothing is planned in advance.
No innovation, just copy competitors. Scramble to recover when we are already late to the game.
- Stick to what FTNT is good at. Stop trying to provide a product for every corner of the entire industry.
- Invest more in culture. The company is dead feeling, depressing, not inclusive.
