Pros

The opportunities are open for everyone who puts in the effort. Of course, you have to work hard to get a higher position or better pay.

  • Flexible working time
  • RSU and stock options are good as company stock keeps increasing these years.
Cons
  • Almost all of the managers care about the project, but the employees do not.
  • If you don't get promoted, your standard salary increase is around 4%-6% per year, and it seems to happen only once per year.
  • There is a lack of management, as other people say.
Advice to Management
  • Please care more about the employee instead of putting all the attention on the project.
  • Learn to train employees. How does a company grow without employee's knowledge growth?
