Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with Functional Health. After two interview cancellations, including a last-minute cancellation, I followed up with multiple people to understand what was happening. I eventually learned that the person coordinating the process had left the company, but despite several follow-ups, I never received any response or closure. Given the current job market, I understand that hiring processes can change, but candidates still deserve clear and respectful communication, especially after investing significant time preparing for interviews.
