Pros: Used to be great. Full-time WFH is a plus, as long as it lasts.
Cons: Totally misguided and directionless company. Stands up new job units as “future of the company” and then lays them off when priorities change. Executive management has no idea what they are doing.

Pros: Most of the pros were taken away, like profit sharing, job security, and team stability.
Cons: Loss of profit sharing, changes in benefits that make it impossible to get needed medication, and a toxic environment.
Lack of real communication regarding company vision and financial standing.

Pros: Good salary, 401k match, remote work.
Cons: Pip culture (mandatory 10% pip every quarter), like Amazon, creates a constant fear of losing one's job. Everyone will get their name someday. My health was affected a lot.
