Cons: Incompetent management. No empathy. Greedy upper management. All about profit that isn’t shared among the workers that make it possible to create said profits. They claim it’s to enhance overall pay, but that’s a lie. Coaching plans for well-tenured, historically well-performing employees with no warning and no coaching. Pay is low compared to market.

Pros: Has some really great people and is using cutting-edge technology.

Cons: Some people use the technology in the wrong way but still consider themselves some kind of expert. If they are the team lead, you are screwed because the fault will be on you, not them.

Pros: Great co-workers and good culture.

Cons: Bad increments and micromanaging
