- Coworkers are generally fine, depending on your team.
Cons: Incompetent management.
No empathy.
Greedy upper management.
All about profit that isn’t shared among the workers that make it possible to create said profits. They claim it’s to enhance overall pay, but that’s a lie.
Coaching plans for well-tenured, historically well-performing employees with no warning and no coaching.
Pay is low compared to market.
