They claim it’s to enhance overall pay, but that’s a lie. Coaching plans for well-tenured, historically well-performing employees with no warning and no coaching. Pay is low compared to market.

Cons: - Development pace is slowing as the company gets bigger. Lots of planning and discovery, not a lot of "hacking".
