Process
First hiring manager interview was good. Second interview was with the dept head and was quick; he seemed distracted and didn't want to be on the call. I got another call from the recruiter asking for salary and saying she wanted to make an offer later in the day and to be expecting it, then silence for weeks. Very weird process.
