The interview scheduling sucks, as they take it casually, canceling the interview just two minutes before it starts several times. I'm not sure what the problem is with the interviewers. I guess Geico has been interviewing several candidates for the same position for months or waiting to hear from the candidate on what they extended. Anyway, it's a bad strategy to keep people on standby and cancel at the last minute.

There's a new title for the screen, now called 'Job Fit Interview'.
