Abusive work environment
Abusive work environment
Starting pay was pretty competitive.
Very poor communication from higher-ups and other departments.
People constantly getting fired and replaced causes constant turmoil.
No one is left who understands the current system, so it’s pure chaos.
Expect to be the scapegoat and sacrificial lamb for management errors.
Firing people nonstop, hoping the next crop will be better, is putting the company into a death spiral. All the good people have quit.
