I really like my co-workers. Everyone was helpful for the most part, or more so than at other places.
It would take a long time, but mostly they change things so frequently. They don't want to pay for anything, and they are greedy.
Stop burning your staff out over pointless things. Get a plan and a budget, and stick with it.
