GEICO Interview Experiences
Staff Software Engineer
Ghosted after five rounds. Initial call with HR, then a coding session, then three more rounds with the hiring manager and other senior engineers. About 4-5 hours total time invested across four days. I did well enough that I expected an offer. Inst
TDP - Software Engineer I
The first one was an online OA (1 hr, medium). The second was live coding, followed by behavioral (1.5 hr total, 1 hr coding, 30 min behavioral, medium). Interviewers were nice.
Emerging Leaders Program: Operations and Technology
Applied online and heard back within a few days that they went with more qualified candidates. It was a long shot because I don't have a degree in what they wanted anyway.
