I can't think of any pros at all.
The new management in Data Governance, Operations, Lineage, and Data Quality is just awful. They keep firing and laying off people whenever they want and give bad performance reviews on purpose. First, they got rid of bonuses that we used to get. Then, they got rid of all contractors. Next, they got rid of some of the good managers. Now, they are trying to get rid of good employees, making performance an issue with no valid reasons. We also used to get Fridays off if we worked an extra hour each day. They took that away from us too. This has become a chasing chess game for employees to work here, and everyone is trying to boast about their work, even if they do nothing. Management is filled with toxic individuals who are trying to cut any people they just don't like.
Hire better managers and don't get rid of good people, otherwise the entire business will collapse. Geico is an insurance company, not an IT company.
