GEICO Interview Experiences
Engineer
Initial contact was with a recruiter. This led to a one-hour meet and greet. After the meet and greet is a four-hour "Power Day," which consists of four rounds of interviews.
Senior Software Engineer
The hiring manager arrived ten minutes late and insisted the interview be rescheduled. However, he had time to list off a few technical questions. I was very turned off by his tone. It sounds like a manager I would not have wanted to work for anyway.
Software Engineer
Multiple technical interviews with coding, and it was not too bad to do them. They were all virtual and with a code pad-like system. I could use any language that I wanted, which was also a plus.
