It was a good company in the past, until around 2022.
Everything post-2022. You cannot even now get justice at HR, as there is no HR post-2022 when HQ HR was laid off. Now everything is a ticket with incompetent people.
People in management are mostly post-2022 era and are clueless about the good, classic company it was.
