- Easy to jump into different roles if you want to (e.g., many analysts can become developers or vice versa).
- Kinda cheap (you can forget about free coffee, for example).
- Some senior officers can be stuck in their old ways.
- Subpar benefits (for example, they don't cover grad school courses, and you aren't getting health insurance until 3 months into the job).
- Things get confusing during re-orgs (they put people in new teams and give teams new responsibilities for no apparent reason).
