Avoid like the plague
Great team members (not management).
Good learning environment.
Management, absolute abuse. Horrific management of the IT team, with issues swept under the rug all the time. What a horrible place to work. Talentless leaders drive their workers to the brink of quitting, and I am one of them. Now a successful professional at a different company, I am grateful that I escaped when I did. IT professionals, beware.

GEICO Interview Experiences
Senior .NET Developer
First, there's an online 54-question assessment test by HackerEarth. If you pass that, there's another face-to-face technical interview, with questions about what you worked on, based on your resume.
Engineer
Initial contact was with a recruiter. This led to a one-hour meet and greet. After the meet and greet is a four-hour "Power Day," which consists of four rounds of interviews.
TDP Software Engineer
Very good experience. The HR communicates and responds very quickly. However, the interview was harder than I thought. Need to know a lot of hard concepts that a recent graduate would probably not know.
