Pros: The pay was pretty good.
Cons: As a "Senior .Net Developer", the only thing I did was write XML scripts.
The team leaders treated their subordinates with contempt while brown-nosing their superiors.
The office facility was uncomfortable, overcrowded, and many of the utilities were often broken.
They could not onboard and provide you with the equipment and software you needed to do your job efficiently.

Pros: Good, friendly developer teams and lower management.
Cons: It used to be very stable, with IT developers working for 20+ years. Now, it's very unstable, with management constantly trying to switch from technology to technology for the sole reason of trying to save money.
It used to pay 20% or more yearly profit sharing, but it does not pay anymore.
