Fired after new management
Had a good first couple months, but after the new management shift, there seemed to be a lot of shady activity. I wasn't involved in many senior dev meetings, had less responsibility, and wasn't given a lot of access to other senior dev resources. Overall, it seemed like a setup to get fired for performance.
- Lack of company direction.
- No central documentation for any processes; expired docs.
- Behind in technology.
- Shady management.

Senior Software Engineer
The hiring manager arrived ten minutes late and insisted the interview be rescheduled. However, he had time to list off a few technical questions. I was very turned off by his tone. It sounds like a manager I would not have wanted to work for anyway.

Had 3 LeetCode interviews, but after that, was supposed to be system design and behavioral. I’d say the process was smooth, but they had terrible interviewers that didn’t communicate whatsoever during interviews.
