Work-life balance. Fully remote.
Layoffs are frequent. Not much work to do also leads to the fear of layoffs. The managing structure is very unhealthy. A manager usually leads 2-3 teams. It is very hard to catch their attention for one's own career advancement.
Stop firing managers and make the manager/IC ratio normal.
